It's shrimp! 🍤 I love shrimp in various ways—scampi, Cajun Alfredo, Boom Boom, but it doesn't love me. Shrimp causes inflammation in my body. As a result, I don't eat it as often as I would like. The sacrifices we make in the name of health, am I right?!

The second personal item I mentioned is one of my favorite songs. What do you think it is? Take a guess... 🤔
